The process of a new installation usually takes up to 3 weeks. The process is as follows:

1. We come to you and discuss in detail exactly what you are after and chat about various options.
2. A design including scope of works is emailed to you for your approval. You can change the design at this stage, we want you to be 100% happy with the finished product.
3. Initial deposit is due, after received we install posts, wall mounts and roof points where required and sail is measured.
4. Deposit 2 is due and once paid your sail is ordered.
5. Sail is installed 1 – 1.5 weeks after posts are installed. This allows the concrete time to cure and the manufacture of the sail.
6. Final payment is due on completion.
